Shipping policy

When ordering Hewn floor, there is no need to rent a truck or trailer. Our shipping partners will deliver your flooring straight to your doorstep or garage.

Enjoy free shipping on any flooring order of $3,000 or more. For flooring orders less than $2,999 there is a $199 flat rate shipping fee. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from standard shipping rates.

Only need a box or two? We are happy to ship these orders with UPS® Ground for $49 per box, up to two boxes.

Forget to order some trims? We also ship these out via UPS® Ground for $49 per box, up to two boxes. (Boxes of trims can fit up to 8 trims. However, boxes of stair noses ship in a separate box and can only fit up to 6.)

Also, at Hewn Floor, our samples always ship free.

We strive to ship orders within 4-5 business days. Depending on your location you can expect to receive your shipment within 10-15 business days of placing the order online. Check your inbox after placing your flooring order for an email from Hewn Floor Customer Service within a day that contains tracking information.
